There are 5 apartments of various sizes bearing the name of our grape varieties. We also have a small, separate house set a little apart from the apartments.
Each apartment has an individual entrance and a private terrace, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen (with oven, dishwasher, and a large fridge with freezer) and all the equipments in order to create a Tuscan dinner. We provide crockery and table ware to complement your culinary delights.
After the dinner, curl up on the sofa “near the fireplace”.
From the night hall, you will have access to the bedrooms and bathroom. We can supply double bed or twin beds and the beds and mattresses have been chosen to ensure that you have long and restful nights. We don’t forget the mosquito nets. We wish you sweet dreams...
The bathrooms are well-appointed and the apartments have been built with top quality local materials, such as “travertine” (local marble from Tuscany).
The Malvasia : :
This single room apartment on the ground floor is perfect for disabled travellers or those having difficulties with stairs. Facing East, the breakfast is a sunny moment while the afternoon nap on the terrace is shady and pleasant. It contains: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom (with shower) and a separate kitchen with living room.

The Sangiovese : :
This ground floor apartment has 3 bedrooms (2 double & one single) and 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with a tub). The large living area and the separated kitchen are designed and equipped for large families or for 2 couples with children. A fireplace will keep you warm during winter time and mid-season. In the summer the North facing terrace offers a cool and refreshing area. For larger families or groups, it is possible to combine Sangiovese with Malvasia to make up a 4/5 bedrooms holiday house.

The Canaiolo : :
This first-floor apartment is accessible via an outdoor staircase : the East-facing terrace offers exceptional views over the Sienese landscape and the sunrises are breath-taking. It is equipped with 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (with shower), a delightful living area which has a fireplace for the cooler months..

The Trebiano : :
This first-floor apartment has a double bedroom, a separate kitchen and a living area with a fireplace. With its south-facing terrace, it is perfect for sun-worshippers and for beautiful views from all sides on the colourful Tuscan countryside.

The Pendolino : :
This small, set-back house was the old wine-cellar and it has been renovated with local materials in order to incorporate the original features giving it a unique character. It is situated slightly higher than the apartments and is thus ideal for travellers looking for a quiet break. It is a split-level apartment, with a living room with fireplace plus little kitchen on the lower level and a double bedroom and bathroom (with tub and toilet) on the upper level. This very special little house has an amazing panoramic view on the surrounding countryside.

All apartments together :
For a group of friends or a tri-generation family , up to 23 people, rent all the apartments of la Busca ! A total of 8 doubles and 2 singles bedrooms, 2 sofa-beds in the living rooms of The Malvasia and The Pendolino, 3-4 additional beds to be added according you needs and 8 bathrooms. So take advantage of our large panoramic terrace for dinner together or in our large dining-room.
Tariff & conditions

This price list include
• The apartment rent, including taxes;
• Weekly household linen (sheets, towels);
• Apartment cleaning after leaving;
• water, gas, electricity;

• Wifi-zone in the property;
• welcome & advices given by the owners.

Not included :
• heating: +/- 20€/day for 1 bedroom, 25€/day, for 2 bedrooms and 30€/day for 3 bedrooms;
• Additional person: 15 € a day (on request in sofa bed or folding bed)
